kate&kath,same birth date,surname,address,parents and face.But they are not twins. HOW?

kath and kate are two girls who happen to enroll at a school…The Registrar ask them if they are twins , cause they have the same birth date,address,parents,surname,face and all…..But the two girls said they are not twins!! HOW come?
