It is an ashameful to renowned Indian Judiciary. The Supreme court of India dispatched without sender address and superscription. Therefore it is against to the dispatching procedure according to new postal guide 1992 U/S 6-1731 and 6-1732. Further the reply is against to the natural justice and fair play, human, fundamental rights and totally violation .

How do I find out that they have died?

Is it through the Registrar of Births Deaths and Marriages?
If so, can I instruct them for a fee to inform me when a certain person dies? …..and will there be a local registrar or is there just one big national one?

We were married at the time he had the business and we divorced 2 years ago. The Registrar was asking to be paid the amount they paid the homeowners for “unacceptable work.” The court granted a request to change Jane Doe to my name. The judgement was ordered by the court on me. My ex husband was licensed by the State Registrar and had a business in his name as “Sole Proprietor”. If my name would of been on the business license, Jane Doe would not of been necessary. He was responsible for the work performed. Yet he is not responsible for the judgement?

Why is the thing all typed,with no signatures?
Why is there no weight or time on it?
The registrar received it in feb.1957,,but it gets signed1960 by the deputy clerk in circuit court,its the only signature on it..the doctor’s name is also typed..does anyone know michigan laws in the 60’s?

I recently gave my “Elderly” neighbor a ride to our local Registrar’s Public Records Dept.

After she requested for a duplicate Title,she was told that that her name was not on the Title.

There are no current, nor any past due taxes, loans,leins on her property.

She has no relatives.

This same employee at the (Registrar’s Office) stated that this fraud happens all the time.

My neighbor doesn’t want to waste her money/time if possible in RE:to retaining an atty.
