Notary public question regarding College attendance letters?

May the notary notarize a college attendance letter that already has a signature from a staff at the registrar office of my college if I swear in a written note at the bottom of that letter with my signature that the letter is original, and what it says is true??

IS it legal??

lost will.property inheritance?

The original of a registered Will is lost after the testator’s death. Is it possible to inherit the properties as per the Will, making use of the Will’s copy kept in the Sub-Registrar’s office?
If so, what are the steps needed to make the SRO copy of the Will, legally valid to effect the inherited ownership of the said properties in Kerala state, India, for Christian religion?

Legal question requiring magistrates court for infringements?

I was meant to send a report to the registrar regarding special circumstances. My doctor was away and I rang for an extension – this is documented on a seperate computer but the registrar who granted the extention did not record it on his computer system and my applictaion was refused. In general terms I have been penalised because of this persons incompentence. What can I do??
