We have this marriage certificate from Scotland 1870 and we’ve sussed out all but the Registrar’s name. It’s located in the far right hand column of the document and any help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks. Here’s the link and you’ll probably have to download it to enlarge it enough to read it.

We trying to find out the name of the Assistant Registrar. He did the recording. The actual Registrar’s name was Rabert A. Baird. Sorry I wasn’t clear about the info we needed.
Robert A. Baird was the registrar. Sorry, trying to type and think at the same time.

I’ve just started an online family tree but only have grandparents names. I am waiting on birth dates and names from my parents and am hoping to get to the great grandparents but don’t know where to go from there…I can’t seem to get any information from any registrars..or if I can, it costs money…any tips?
