Can’t read a name on a marriage certificate. Please help?

We trying to find out the name of the Assistant Registrar. He did the recording. The actual Registrar’s name was Rabert A. Baird. Sorry I wasn’t clear about the info we needed.
Robert A. Baird was the registrar. Sorry, trying to type and think at the same time.
