Can I just name my daughter VV (not short for anything – just VV)?

I was just wondering if I would be allowed by the birth registrar people to name my daughter just VV. Are you allowed a name that is only two letters and both are capitals?
if I’m not I guess I will just have to name her Vesper Vlada and use VV as a nickname.
I’m not pregnant by the way. It’s just a hypothetical question.
